Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The Tenderer shall have minimum 03(Three) years overall experience in supply of machineries to any Government Organization in Bangladesh.
b) The satisfactory completion of supply of Numbering Barrel Box/Hand Numbering Machine of minimum [BDT 1700000 (Seventeen Lakh)] under maximum [01 (One)] contracts in the last [02 (Two)] of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Numbering Barrel Box/Hand Numbering Machine of at least [01 (One)] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [02 (Two)] years, each with a value of at least Tk. [1700000 (Seventeen Lakh)].
c) The Tenderer have to submit one piece sample to the procuring entity of Government Printing Press between the publishing and closing time of the tender (If the submitted samples are not as per the specification of guide sample, the tender will be considered as non-responsive).
d) Bidder/Tenderer must submit satisfactory documents (Such as BL/Airway Bill/ DHL Documents/ Import document) showing sample is authentic and collected from original manufacturer.
e) Tenderer/ Bidder must provide 01 year warranty certificate.
f) The Tenderer will have to submit Manufacturer / Distributor authorization certificate.
g) Country of origin of quoted numbering barrel box must be of USA/Germany or European Origin.
h) The Tenderer will have to submit Certificate of Liquid Asset /Working Capital/Credit Facility indicating the minimum amount of BDT 1700000 (Seventeen Lakh) only within selling Tender Document and dropping date.
