* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 166666 ~ 500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. A minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of Goods (Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e- GP system).
2. The minimum specific experience as a supplier in the supply of Similar Goods and related services (Installation, Testing and Commissioning ) at least 1 contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years each with a value of at least Tk 1,65,000 (One Lac Sixty Five Thousand Taka Only) in a single work order in Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years. (Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.)
3. The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:
a. Catalogue and Brochure
b. Certificate of General Experience as Tenderer for 05 (Five) Years
c. NID and Valid Trade License for FY 2023-24
d. Valid VAT & TIN certificate
e. Income Tax Clearance certificate (FY 2023-24) (Assessment yr 2023-24)
f. Certificate of Specific experience for Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of minimum Tk 1,65,000 (One Lac Sixty Five Thousand Taka Only) in a single agreement within the last 05 (Five) years in any govt/semi-government/autonomous organizations.
g. Document of Minimum Liquid asset of minimum Tk 1,85,000 (One Lac Eighty-Five Thousand Taka Only)
h. Manufacturer's authorization.
i. The Tenderer Must submit Only One Model for One product. In the case of Model submission, any conjunction such as “Or”, “/”, etc. (For example, in the case of AC Model Submission “GREE/Carrier”, “General or Walton”, etc.) are not acceptable.
j. Any other terms and conditions mentioned in the tender document.
