Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 66666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 200000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 66666666 ~ 200000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 ( Ten) years.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
2. Having experience in successfully completion of at least 01 (One) number of building works including sanitary, water supply and electrical works of similar nature and volume of a single work order of minimum TK. 550.00 Lakh BDT in last 05 (Five) years in any
Government Department /Semi- Government Department/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh(The Tenderer must be Submited the successfully completed Work Completion Certificate with Work Order and NOA) within last 05 (five) Years .Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
3. Who have minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover in the last 05 (Five) financial years of TK. 500.00 Lakh BDT(Total=500.00x5=2500.00 Lakh)`.(Only Payment Certificates are Acceptable) .Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT
.4. The tenderer must have minimum Liquid Asset / Credit Facilities /Working Capital of TK.140.00 Lakh BDT of any scheduled bank within the period of invitation of tender (PW3-7 Format) . mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Credit Committment Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank solvency certificate/Bank Statment will be not allowed as liquid asset.
5.The must have ABC Category Electrical License for Electrical Licensing Board.
