* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2233333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6700000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2233333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
2. The Tenderer shall have specific experience in the Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Fire Protection System of a minimum Tk 17,00,000.00 (Seventeen LacTaka Only) under a maximum of Two contracts in the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments of the amount of Tk. 27,00,000.00 (Twenty-Seven Lac Taka Only).
4. The Tenderer should have a valid Trade License, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgment slip, 13 Digit BIN and Mushak Challan-6.3 as per current VAT Act., Income tax return Acknowledgment slip of last Financial Year.
Note: Other criteria for eligibility as specified in the Tender document. Tenderers are requested to visit Mymensingh Power Station,Shamvugonj, Mymensingh before submission of the quotation if required.
