Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Tyres of different vehicles with fittings at Shahjibazar 330 MW CCPP as per direction and satisfaction of PE's office.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 433333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1300000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 433333 ~ 1300000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. All E-gp registered tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the Employer may submit tenders providing they otherwise qualify.
2. The bidder must mention the brand name, model,manufacturing company's name and country of origin of their specified tyres at section: 05 (Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3)).
3.In case of other factory products bidder's specified factory products have to satisfy all the technical parameter that described at section: 05(Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3)).
4.The bidder's specified manufacturing company must be well known and their users must be world wide in case of other factory products that specified at section: 05(Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3)).
5.The bidder has to provide the sample of all items by their own cost and own responsibility if the PE office wants.
6. The bidder have to submit the satisfactory completion experience certificate of supplying similar types(Tyre or any types of spare parts of any vehicle) of goods at govt or autonomus organization of minimum 4.5 (Four lakh and fifty thousand) lakh taka in a single contract at last 05(five) years, the counting date will be start from the IFT date of tender.
7.The bidder have to submit the manufacturer authorization letter or the confirmation letter from the importer that they are able to provide the same types of tyre that their manufacturing time not before january,2023.
8.The bidder has to fit and fix the tyres at the vehicles at the time of supply the tyre.
9.The bidder has to submit the Product catalogue of manufacturing company with clear picture of tyres.
