Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE TENDER:
(Where applicable).
i) Photocopy of valid Trade license ,valid Income tax and valid VAT registration certificate.
ii) Photocopy of Proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of incorporation (As applicable).
iii) Photocopy of valid manufacturer/distributorship/Agency certificate must be submitted. In case of supplier or service render manufacturers authorization must be submitted.
iv) The Tenderer shall have minimum 01 (one) year experience for supplying similar goods/services and relevant document to be submitted from Govt. Semi-Govt. or reputed hospitality industry with the offer.
v) Preference will be given for branding of Biman logo.
vi) Bidder should have sufficient cash flow to supply the tender items throughout the tender period smoothly. As proof of solvency, the bidders shall submit the copy of recent Bank Statement/certificate (Min. previous 12 month and not older than 15 days from the date of tender opening) showing the minimum liquid assets or credit facilities not less than 10% of the total quoted price (In case of supplier/agent).
vii) Chemical and microbiological analysis report from BSTI/GOVT. approved organization must be submitted during the tender.
viii) Sample of 06 (Six) nos Drinking Water 500ml and 1500ml Pet Bottle must be submitted with the offer and must be ensured that the sample should reach before opening of the tender. This is applicable to all Tenderers even in the case of Manufacturer. Working sample must also be submitted if required before placing work order/purchase order (if applicable).
