Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 11666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 35000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
i) The Tenderer shall be the manufacturer/authorized dealer/ authorized distributor/authorized reseller/authorized partner of the offered goods.
ii) The Tender must have minimum 5 (Five) years overall experience of IT related goods.
iii) The Tenderer shall have 3 (Three) years specific experience of supply & installation of MICR Cheque Scanner at Bank/financial institution/ government organization which shall be substantiated by proper documentary evidence and providing support service.
iv) The bidder shall possess its own office in Dhaka.
v) The Tenderer should have minimum two (02) support engineer of MICR Scanner.
vi) The Tenderer shall have adequate and satisfactory after sales’ services.
