Minimum General experience of Three (03) years in supply of goods and related services..
Valid trade license (FY 2023-24)
Valid tax clearance certificate (Tax year-2022-23)
Valid VAT & TIN certificate
The minimum specific experience as a Supplier in Supply of School Class Room Furniture (High Bench, Low Bench, Chair, Table etc.) of at least One contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 35.00 Lac in any Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh
The minimum amount of Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK. 36.00 lac. (As per PWD Prescribe Formate)
Valid manufacturer’s authorization.
The tenderer bearing any litigation history in implementation of any public works will not be participatory in the tender.
If the tender price is found Excessive Less or above (Front Loading) than the estimated price, in this regard decision of the TEC Committee will be considered final.
