Tenderers must have a satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk [150.00 lakh] under [single] of contract(s) over a period of [last 5] years (Backward years Counting from the IFT date).
The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. [50.00 lakh] (Fifty Lakh Taka Only) (in case of Bank Statement it must be after IFT Date) (in case of credit line it should be submitted in the form of (PW3-7)
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [100.00 lakh] over the last [05] years.
The minimum capacity shall be: [140.00 lakh] (Tenderer must submit the current commitments work order).
Name of Works Contract successfully completed during last 5 years from IFT date within only PE's Organization e-PW2-3 (A) and List of On-going Works and Current Commitment(s) during last 5 years from IFT date under all PE's Organization e-PW2-3(B) must be submitted at section 5 .( Form 3 & Form 4)
Tenders are being invited for [single lot].
The Tender validity period shall be [120] days.
The amount of the Tender Security shall be BDT 5.00 lakh (Five Lakh).
Tenderers must have Upto date EED License, income tax clearance, valid VAT Registration, Up to date trade license certificate, National ID.
Payment will be made as per availability of fund but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time.
