Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
01.THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE TENDER.
(Where applicable).
i) Photocopy of valid Trade license of current year ,valid VAT registration certificate & current Income tax return must be submitted quoting TIN no.
ii) Photocopy of Proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of incorporation (as applicable).
iii) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 01 (one) year experience for supplying similar goods/services and relevant document to be submitted from Govt. Semi-Govt. or reputed organization with the offer.
iv)Tenderer must have Refrigerated Delivery Van with the capacity to supply of Chicken items at or below +5°c and necessary documents in supporting the vehicle like up-to-date blue book, tax token, route permit, Insurance, fitness certificate etc have to be submitted with the tender. Incase of hire necessary deed of agreement also to be submitted.
v) Refrigerated processing room, min area 250 sq. ft., room temperature not exceeding +20°c, floor and walls of processing room should be tiled or mosaic, well lit, processing table and equipment should be stainless steel, sufficient facility for chilling and storing frozen chicken.
vi) Preference shall be given to ISO and HACCP certified company for chicken supply.
vii) Bidder should have sufficient cash flow to supply the tender items throughout the tender period smoothly. As a proof of solvency, the bidders shall submit the original copy of recent Bank Statement/certificate (Min. previous 12 month and not older than 15 days from the date of tender opening) showing the minimum liquid assets or credit facilities not less than 10% of the total quoted price (In case of bidder/agent)
02.The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS).
