Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer must have the following criterias-
1. Valid e-TIN Certificate;
2. Tenderer shall have upto date VAT, INCOME TAX, TRADE License Certificate;
3. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 years of General experience in the supply of
similar kind of goods;
4. Tenderer shall have specific experience as Supplier at least Tk. 4,00,000.00 under one
(1) contract successfully completed within the last 2 years;
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer
shall be Tk 6,00,000.00;
6. Tenderer must submit Manufacturer/Distributor Authorization Certificate of the
purchasing goods;
7. The minimum amount of Bank Solvency Certificate of the Tenderer shall be quoted
price;
8. Distributorship Certificate Must be Submitted; 9. Manufacturer's Authorization letter must be Submitted;
10. ISO Certificate must be submitted; 11. Warranty Certificate from Manufacturer's must be submitted; 12. Single
work order similar goods value 4 Lac must be submitted.
