Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 9000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 27000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 9000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies as Supplier shall be 5(Five) years. Supported by completion certification along with NOA/Contract Agreement.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Hydrographic Survey Software and releated service , License renewal, Up-gradation & maintenance in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies successfully completed at least 1(one) number contract within the last 5(Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) lac, Supported by completion certification along with NOA/Contract Agreement.
(c) A minimum supply and/or production capacity of Software as specified in the TDS.
(d) Copy of valid trade licence, The updated Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, Copy of updated/renewed registration certificate of Import, Items wise complaince statement in Companies Own Pad against the offered equipment for proper technical evaluation.
(e) The tenderer must be Submitted of Original Manufecturer's Authorization Certificate.
