Eligibility criteria:
Must have a Minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor in construction works of at least 01 contract(s) of Civil work successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Taka (BDT) 700.00 (seven hundred) Lakh.
The Tenderer must have BPDB’s ABC category Licence or can appoint a sub-contractor having same Licence for construction, testing & commissioning of Electric sub-station and related works. The Tenderer shall attach sub-contractor appointment letter in the original pad of the Tenderer (if already appointed). Latest renewal certificate of the sub-contractor shall also be attached..
Must have a Minimum average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Taka (BDT) 700.00 (seven hundred) Lakh over the last 03 (Three) years.
Must have a Minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or unconditional credit facilities (Must be provided in the form of a letter of commitment of Banks undertaking for the line of credit in the original form of Tk 400.00 (Four hundred) Lakh.
Must have Upto date Trade License, Income Tax Certificate and Valid VAT registration certificate.
