Brief Description of Package: Replacement of 42.5 KVA Diesel Generator with 60 KVA Auto Diesel Generator at Divisional Passport & Immigration Office, Monsurabad, Chattogram.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) Shall have updated and valid enlistment under PWD (Combined or E/M) according to
PWD enlistment financial limit and criteria.
2) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
3) Having experience as a Prime Contractor in successful completion of at least Supplying of 1 (one) number of Electromechanical goods of similar nature of Tk. 16.00 Lac in a single contract in Government Semi- Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years under any Government/Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies/Private organization.
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. ii) In case of the work done under any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
4) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 16.00 Lac in the prescribed form the cash credit Amount must be unconsumed/unutilized.
5) The tenderer must posses attested copies of following documents:
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to date trade license.
6) Up-to-date valid ABC/BC Electrical Supervisory License and Contractor License from Electrical Licensing Board.
7) Others qualification stated in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
