Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2166666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6500000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of General Experience in Building/construction works.
ii) The Minimum Specific Experience as a Contractor at least 01(one) number of Contract including Civil, Sanitary and Electrification Works Successfully Completed in 7- Storied Building with Pile Foundation of Government /Semi- Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 150.00 Crore.
iii) Minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk. 165.00 Crore Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.
iv)Having Minimum Liquid Asset Amounting Tk.35.00 Crore Supporting Documents is to be Submitted with the Tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW3-7) attached with the tender document.
v) Havingminimum Tender capacity amounting Tk.190.00 Crore.
vi) All papers shall have to be up-to-date according to TDS & IFT of this tender notice & documents.
vii) The tender security shall only be in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
viii) Tenderer Must have up to date ABC category contractor and Supervisory License from Electric Licensing board.
ix)Tenderer are advised to visit and examine the site and its surrounding in presence of PE or PE’s nominated representatives prior to preparing the tender and must be submitted site visit report with the tender documents.
