Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.

Eligibility criteria:
Following paper should be submitted by the tenderers:
(i) Up-to-date Valid Trade License / e- trade License with clearance;
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate with Acknowledgement Slip that proof the taxation clearance (2022-2023);
(iii) Up to date e-BIN (Vat) registration certificate with clearance up to August 2023;
(iv) The specific experience as supplier in supply of similar nature goods of minimum 10 lac under 01 (One) contracts successfully completed the last 5 years in the Government/ Semi- Government Autonomous organizations;
(v) The required average annual work turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress of completed from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk. 10.00 lacs over the last 5 years [2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22,2022-23);
(vi) The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk. 10 lac (This\ will be given by the proper format)/ Bank solvency certificate. The Issue date of documents should be after the publication date of Tender Notice  in e-GP portal
(vii) ISO certificate for supply, trading, assemble & after sales services, of Agricultural equipment's;
(viii) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the importers/Manufacturer
ix) Engine Performance Curve
x) Availability of spare parts for 05 years’ services guarantee.
