* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 233333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 700000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 233333 ~ 700000.
Eligibility criteria:
All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous/Corporate body are Eligible having following Qualifications/capacities.
(a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in Building/construction works.
(b) Having Experience in Successful completion of at least 01(One) Number of similar nature works with minimum value of BDT 2.00 (Two lac) in a single contract within last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. Work completion certificate must be issued by officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned department. In case of Semi-Government / Autonomous organizations, work completion certificate must be vetted by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose jurisdiction the work has been completed
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of BDT 2.50 (Eleven ) Lacs. Only payment certificate will be considered for turnover calculation.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be BDT 1.25 (Two lac Twenty thousand) Lacs in the form PW2a-3. Failing to submit credit line(s) in form PW2a-3 will make the tenderer non-responsive.
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 2.30 (Two lac forty thousand) .
(f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC) of tender documents.
