Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 28333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 85000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 28333333 ~ 85000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Tenderer shall have a minimum Ten (10) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
b) The specific experience of the tenderer is satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods (Similar goods means similar technical and functional charateristics, asmentioned in section 5 : Technical Specification and Compliance of goods and related services) with a worth of BDT. 250.00 Lakh (Two Crore & fifty lakh Taka) under 02 (two) contracts in the last 03 years in Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous bodies/UN organization/Development Partner with evidentiary/provendocuments. The completion certificates shall have to be issued by the competent authority with mentioning signatory details. Years counting backward from the date ofpublication of IFT in the newspaper.
c)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 270.00 lakh (Two Crore Seventy Lakh). For credit commitment from the Bank, the tenderer shall use Credit Commitment Form (PG3-8) attached in drawings section.
