Eligibility criteria:
a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) years years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at maximum 04 (four) of contract (s) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. Tk. 1500.00 Lakh (Fifteen core)
c)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 2000.00 Lakh (Twenty Crore) over the best Three (3) years of last Five (05) years..
d)The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 500.00 Lakh (Fifty Lakh BDT)
e) The minimum capacity shall be: 1500.00 Lakh (One Crore Fifty Lakh) BDT.
