Docking & undocking, slipway rent, berthing charge, dismantle & fitting of Couplings, Rudder, Propeller, Propeller Shaft and Bushes, fitting & commissioning of new Propeller Shaft, Rubberizing of FWD & AFT Bushes, checking of Propeller Shaft alignment (port & stbd sides), surface preparation, painting, miscellaneous etc

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2788333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8365000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2788333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Minimum 3 (Three) years general experience in ship construction/repair/rehabilitation of vessel.
2. The minimum specific experience (construction/repair/rehabilitation of vessel as a Prime Contractor at least 1 contract of similar nature of works successfully completed within the last 3 years, with a value of at least Tk. 23.00 Lac. Bidder shall submit necessary documents in favour of his claim of experience.
3. Valid up-to-date trade license certificate.
4. Latest ISO Certificate.
5. NOC from Department of Shipping.
6. Tenderer should have own shipyard or dockyard.
7. Litigation decleration.
8. Environment clearance certificate from DOE.
9. Minimum 1500 tons slipway Certificate from BUET or Equivalent authority.
10. VAT Registration Certificate.
11. Original Bank solvency certificate in PW2A form.
12. The average annual turnover must be greater than Tk. 135.00 lac in last 3 years. Calculation must be submitted.
13. Work plan (BAR Chart).
14. TIN & upto date Tax clearance certificate.
15. The bidder shall have at least 1 (one) graduate Marine Engineer/ Mechanical Engineer/Naval Architect of minimum 5 (Five) years experience.
16. The minimum tender capacity shall be: Tk. 25.00 Lac
17. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 35.00 Lac
18. Audit report of last 03 years to be submitted.
19. Compliance with the documents mentioned in section-7 (Technical Specification) of tender schedule.
20. All other terms and conditions mentioned in STD.
