Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 300000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 900000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 years.
b) The minimum specific experience as contractor of Electromechanical work of BDT5.00 (Five) lac related work under KPI any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body in Bangladesh.
i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer.
b) The Tenderer must posses:

(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate.
(iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate. (iv) Up-to-date valid ABC Electrical Contractory & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board
h) (v) Up to date PWD Enlistment
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitents, is BDT4.00 (Four ) lakh
e)The tenderer must submitt Approve Plan, Drawing,Single line Diagram of this specific work.
f) The Tenderer must submitted site visit report by autherised officer of the Executive Engneer Em Division -03, Dhaka.
g) Annual Construction Turnover has to be BDT 4.50(Four point five)Lakh during last 5 Years.
