The Tendered shall have specific experience in Renovation Works or Newly Constriction Building of in any Govt. or Semi-Govt. organization or similar works At least 02 no’s contract successfully completed to similar nature of Govt. or Semi-Govt. Organization within last 05 years each with a value of at least 7,00,000.00 (Seven Lakh) taka and certification of successfully Completion.
3. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk [8,00,000.00 (Eight Lakh taka)] over the best 03 years in the last 05 years
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 8,00,000.00 (Eight lakh).
5. The minimum capacity shall be 8,00,000.00 (Eight lakh) taka.
6. Up to date Trade License, VAT registration certificate, income tax return certificate, Bank solvency certificate, previous work completion certificate
