3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 65,000 (Sixty Five Thousand).
4. All potential Tenderers of Bangladesh are eligible to participate in the Procurement process.
5. Up to Date Valid Trade License.
6. Up to Date Valid Income Tax Certificate.
7. Up to Date Valid Value Added Tax (VAT) Certificate.
