Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 100000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 300000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction worksas Prime Contractor or Sub -Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years..
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of Fire fighting & related electrical works of Tk 6.00 ( Six point zero zero) Crore in a single contract in Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
3. The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 12.50 ( Twelve point five zero) crore . The tenderer must submit up-to-date income tax clearance certificate from the NBR with TIN
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4.00 ( Four point zero zero) crore.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 8.10 ( Eight point one zero) crore.
6.The tenderers must have
(a) up-to-date valid Trade License who are Manufacturer of Firefighting equipment.
(b) up-to-date valid License from Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defense.
(c) up-to-date valid license from department of Explosives.
(d) update BSTI license from BSTI , up-to-date valid pipe test certificate from BUET which is MS ERW type.
7. The tender must possess:
(i) TIN Certificate
(ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(iii) Up-to-date trade license.
(iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board,Government of Bangladesh.
(v) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
8.The tenderers must furnish all necessary supporting document mention in Tender Data Sheet.
