Tenderer must submit the following documents otherwise will be disqualified:-
1. Tenderer must submit up to date trade license, income tax, VAT certificate.
2. Tenderer must submit minimum one similar work experience certificate.
3. Tenderer must have minimum 3 (three) years of experience.
4. Minimum woking Capital or Credit line of the Tenderer shall be BDT 1.20 Crore.
5. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT 40 (Forty) lac over the last 5 (Five) years.
6. The minimum capacity shall be BDT 40 (Forty) lac.
7.Tenderer must submit supply items new, unused & genuine certificate.
8. Tenderer must submit minimum one year replacement guarantee certificate.
9. Tenderer must submit lab test report.
10. Tenderer must submit authorised distributor certificate.
