Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 7166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 21500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 7166666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a)The Tenderer must have the technical personnel having minimum 5 years of experience and training on installation and maintenance on Medical Gas Pipeline System. At least one technical person must hold International Certification on Medical Gas Pipeline System as Medical Gas Inspector or Trained from the manufacturer & getting certifications on MGVPS.
b) Satisfactory completion of MGVPS worth not less than Tk. 52.00 (Fifty Two) Lac only in a single contract within the last 5 (five) years under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body of Bangladesh.
c) In case of work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body in Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be the Officer of the Organization (not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and the same should be duly authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been executed .
d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 52.00 (Fifty Two) Lac. Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e: in PW3-7 form published by CPTU.
e)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 120.00 (One hundred & twenty) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.
f) Update valid Trade License, VAT Certificate,Update income tax clearance certificate from NBR.
