Brief Description of Package: Supplying College dress, Dress accessories, T-Shirt and Tracksuit for the students of BKSP for the FY 2023-24
Tender Document Price: Tk. 2000;
Tender Security: 150000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 15000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Only Reputed supplier firms who have minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in dress or similar nature cloth supply works. Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, Trade License & NID along with the Tender.
c) The Experience certificate of the successfully completed similar assignments shall be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Concerned officer of the department from a Government Organization.
d) The experience certificate must be submitted along with the Tender. Only the completed experience certificate will be accepted.
e) The tendered must submit relevant sample of cloth for the shirt (White), pant (Navy blue), salwar (Navy blue), kameez (White), skirf (Navy blue), Tracsuit (Navy blue or Black or Green) and Polo T-Shirt (White) for the students on or before 12th February,2024 at 15.00 Hr to the PE’s Office.
f) The tenderer must comply with the technical specification as specified in the TDS and ePG3-4.
g) Other eligibility criteria will be imposed as per TDS, PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 with latest amendment.
