Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Maintenance Support for Data Center Cooling system (Precision Air Conditioner, Floor Stand, Cassette, Split, Ceiling Type AC), Power system (Automatic Voltage Regulator, Phase Correction Device, MDB & other DB, ATS), Automatic Fire suppression system with NOVEC/ NAF 1230 gas, Environment & Access Monitoring System and Other related Passive Part Items of the Data Centre of BHBFC.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 16000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5333333 ~ 16000000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall have up-to-date trade license, TIN certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration certificate, Bank solvency certificate, Certificate of Incorporation from the Registrar of the Joint Stock Companies and Firms (if it is a limited company) and other documents as per Tender Document.
Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of General experience.
Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of Specific experience in the supply of related Goods and services including at least one Data Center construction experience.
Minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. Tk.1,00,00,000.00 (One crore) only.
Copy of Certificate of Satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods and Services of minimum Tk. 80,00,000.00 (Eighty Lac) under maximum 01 (One) contracts in last 05 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in thee-GP System.
Bidder should have other qualifications as stated in the tender Document.
