Tender Document Price: Tk. 2000; Tender Security: 180000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 18000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6000000 ~ 18000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a. General experience of the Contractor shall be atleast 5 (Five) years of Construction Works.
b. Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have specific experience of work in successful completion of 01 (One) number RCC Building construction including electrification work with a value of TK. 50.00 Lac in a single contract within last 5 (five) years in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
c. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years of BDT 70.00 Lac. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. Any documents, other than payment certificates are not acceptable.
d. The Tenderer must have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit facilities (must be in the form of PW3-7 in original form as specified in section 7) of atlaest BDT 55.00 Lac. Any other formats/documents are not acceptable.
e. The required Tender Capacity is atleast BDT 55.00 Lac. List of on-going works, along with proper supporting documents must be submitted with the tender.
f. The Tenderers must submit VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date Trade License, up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, ABC contractor & Electric Supervisory license with the Tender.
g. Enclosed all documents is the part & parcel of the Tender.
h. Tenderers debarred by World Bank/AIIB are not eligible.
All the forms enclosed with the tender shall be properly filled up & submitted.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be properly fulfilled.
