Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 450000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1350000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 450000 ~ 1350000.
Eligibility criteria:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulations;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/ uploaded:-
(1) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years. I.e. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper;
(2) The minimum specific experience as a supplier in the supply of similar goods of tk. 3,95,000/- (Three lac ninety-five thousand) under maximum 02 (Two) contracts successfully completed within the last 03(Three) years. (NOA, Contract deed, Work order, and Completion certificate must be submitted). I.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper;
(3) Certificate of bank solvency with the minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Taka- 4,45,000/- (Four Lac Forty Five Thousand).
(4) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier;
(5) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(6) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(7) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company)
(8) Sample [200 gm. Mashur Dal (Saru)] must be submitted in 03 (Three) transparent containers to the Gopalganj district Jail as per technical specifications on or before the tender opening date and time.
(9) All other terms and conditions a stated in TDS and PCC.
