Bank Statement (01 February 2023 – 31 January 2024) must be Submitted.
Specific Completion Certificate Supported by NOA/Work order (minimum 03 Work order, Each Work order Minimum 20 Lakh) in the last 3 of years (not before 2020) must be Submitted.
Distributor ship Certificate with the tender must be Submitted. (2nd party certificate Will not be not accepted)
Original Catalogue of Offered Brand New Digital Photocopier must be submitted.
Authorization from Manufacturer (Authorization Letter must be according to the format given in (Form ePG3-5) must be submitted (Local authorization will not be accepted).
