* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Supplier Must have minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience in supply of Goods to Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
(b) Supplier Must have experience in successful completion of Supply at least 01 (one) order of similar nature of Goods (Laboratory Chemicals/instruments), worth not less than Tk. 30.00 (Thiry) Lakh in a single work order in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. Years counting backward form the date of publication of tender in newspaper. Must submit the work completion certificates in this regard.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or free cash fund or credit line(s), of the tenderer Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) Lakh. Bank documents in support of liquid asset must be submitted. In case of credit line facilities, specific format (PG2-5/ PG3-8) to be used by the bank without altering/ modifying any word/ sentence and adding any condition. The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in eGP portal.
(d) Must submit Up-to-date Trade license (Upto 2023-2024), Income Tax Clearance certificate and VAT Registration certificate.
(e) The Tenderers must submit updated (Upto 2023-2024) copy of import license with recent import documents, LC Invoice copy to be submitted with the tender.
(f) Tenderer must submit valid own company, Acid Import License, Acid selling License & Acid Carrying selling license of deflate type acid like nitric, Sulfuric Acid, etc,
(g) principal authorization Letter is required for all Items.
(h) Must submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter & Local Authorization Letter with Catalogue or Brochure for Beam UV Visible Spectrophotometer.
(j) Full technical information, manufacturer's name, brand name, country of origin & grade.
