Eligibility criteria:

Manufacturer’s authorization letter, ISO-9001:2015, ISO-14001:2015 & ISO-45001:2018 Certificate.
Operation & Maintenance Manual, catalogues, brochures, leaflets etc. containing manufacturers reputation, detailed specifications, drawings, dimensions and material quality certificate, performance curve, model, series etc. marked in the manufacturer’s catalogue shall be submitted. Tenderer shall submit proposed manufacturer’s company profile, detailed address of the factory, telephone no, e-mail & website address in company letterhead pad.
Compliance of Specification by the manufacturer shall be submitted. Manufacturer’s test results containing electrical output, electrical efficiency and other data’s specified in Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG3-4) shall be submitted.
Valid documents of manufacturer having minimum 10 years of experience shall be submitted.
Declaration from Manufacturer the country of origin of each item and their Port of shipment (Port of shipment must be same as country of origin) shall be submitted. Declaration of the gas generator manufacturer in regard that gas generator set with all necessary accessories will be exported by them.
The Tenderer/ Local Agent of Supplier must have well equipped workshop facility for doing any kind of maintenance work. Document shall be submitted. The Tenderer must have full Logistic Support for doing any Urgent work of Servicing, Maintenance. List of Manpower and Logistic must be submitted.
Confirmation letter from Manufacturer that they will do the installation, testing and commissioning and will also provide training on operation & maintenance manual at site.
