Eligibility criteria:
a. All the tenderers must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulations;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded:
(I) Tenderer shall have a minimum of Last 03 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk 05 lakh under a maximum 01 (one) contract in any government organization in the last 03 (three) years. i.e. years counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of Tk.05 lakh issued after January 2024.
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of a limited company);
(VIII) Sample [200 gram Cholar Dal] must be submitted in 03 (three) transparent containers to the Sylhet Central Jail as per technical specifications before the tender opening date and time.
