Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 266666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 266666 ~ 800000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. A satisfactionary completion certificate of cable repairing works by Horizontal Directional Driling (HDD) Method under govt/semi govt/Autonomus organization/ Public limited Company amounting not less than taka 2,00,000.00 (Two Lac Fifty Thousand) only as a prime contractor in a single contract/work order within last 5 (Five) years shall be required.
02. The minimum liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be taka 2,00,000.00 (Two Lac Fifty Thousand) only Which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not before tender publication date in the e-gp Portal. Tenderer those will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit letter of commitement for banks undertaking for line of credit (form PW3-7).
03. Tenderer Must submit valid trade liecence.
04. Tenderer must submit update VAT certificate. TIN, certificate with updated income Tax return certificate/Acknowledgement slip.
05.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
06. Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be eligible for this Tender.
