* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1283333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3850000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1283333 ~ 3850000.
Eligibility criteria:
Eligibility of Tenderer:
I. The Tenderers shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience in the supply of goods and related services.
II. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum BDT 20,00,000.00 (Taka Twenty lac only) under a single contract in any Govt./Semi Govt./Public Limited organization/Bank or Financial Institute in the last Three (3) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
III. Joint venture is not applicable for the procurement of goods.
IV. Tenderers who are blacklisted in any organization are not eligible for this tender.
V. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line (s), net of other contractual commitments are BDT 30,00,000.00 (Taka Thirty Lac Only)
VI. Tenderers must submit manufacturer brochure & catalogue.
