Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 50000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 150000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 50000 ~ 150000.

Eligibility criteria:
(i) Copy of valid manufacturer/authorized distributorship/Supplier (where applicable).
(ii) Copy of valid Trade License of current year.
(iii) Copy of current year Income Tax Return Certificate.
(iv) Copy of Up-to-date (i.e. having 11 digits) valid VAT Registration Certificate or BIN Certificate.
(v) Copy of current bank solvency certificate in the tender.
(vi) Value is to be quoted on the basis of supplying items at Local Receive Section, Procurement & Logistics Support Directorate, Admin. Building, Biman, HSIA, Dhaka basis.
(vii) Payment will be made after delivery of goods/items through cheque.(viii) 01 pcs sample shall be submitted along with the offer (sample shall be with bidders seal and signature). Interested bidder may submit sample from the date of floating of the tender (up to office hours of all working days) to 1100 Hrs (LT) of tender closing date (where applicable). (ix) The liquidated damages (L/D) charge will be paid by the supplier at the rate of 02% of the contract value per month or part of a month. (x) Supplied items/goods must be accompanied by 03 copies of supplier’s challan showing items/goods’ description, quantity, packing list etc. addressing to: Manager Commercial Store, P & L S Directorate, Biman, HSIA, Dhaka. The inspection and tests shall be conducted at the Local Receive Section, Admin Building, Hazrat Shahjalal Int’l Airport, Dhaka. If items are rejected by the Inspection Committee, rejected items must be replaced within 01 (one) week (L/D charge shall be applicable if delivery schedule exceed) at suppliers risk and expenses. (xi) Biman Bangladesh Airlines Ltd reserves the right either to increase or decrease the quantities mentioned in the Tender Schedule and to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
