4. General experience of Supply of Five years (According to TDS) Including 2023-2024 Trade License; Last Five years of Trade License have to be submitted;
5. Relevant/Similar & Specific Experience of Supply of three years (According to TDS),
5. Sufficient liquid assets/financial solvency Certificate/credit line facilities (use CPTU prescribed format) and
7. Original Manufacturer's Authorization Certificate.
8. Distribution certificate copy of tenderer issued by manufacturer to sell their product in Bangladesh Market.
9. Certificate of Analysis of offered products in the tender.
10. Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS, produced by the manufacturer) of offered products in the tender.
11. Import Registration Certificate (IRC).
