* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 11666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 35000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 11666666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE TENDER:
(Where applicable).
i) Photocopy of valid Trade license of current year.
ii) Photocopy of certificate from the competent authority stating that current Income tax return has been submitted quoting TIN no.
iii) Photocopy of up-to date valid VAT registration certificate.
iv) Photocopy of Proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of incorporation (As applicable).
v) The Tenderer shall have minimum 01 (one) year experience for supplying similar goods/services and relevant document to be submitted from Govt/ Semi-Govt/ reputed hospitality industry with the offer.
vi) As proof of solvency, the bidders shall submit the original copy of recent Bank Statement/certificate (Min. previous 12 months and not older than 15 days from the date of tender opening) showing the minimum liquid assets or credit facilities not less than 10% of the total quoted price (In case of supplier/agent).
vii) Tenderer must have Refrigerated Delivery Van with the capacity to supply of Fish & Meat items at or below +5ºc and necessary documents in supporting the vehicle like up-to-date blue book, tax token, route permit, Insurance, fitness certificate etc have to be submitted with the tender. Incase of hire Delivery van necessary Deed of Agreement also to be submitted.
viii)Sample of the item (Minimum 01 pkt/kg, as per quoted specification) must be submitted along with the offer and ensured that the sample should reach before opening of the tender. Working sample also must be submitted before placing work order/purchase order for final approval (if required).
