Eligibility criteria:
1. Any/all Tenderers who have registration in the Government e-Gp system may paticipate in the tender by providing fulfill the criteria as stated in Tender Data Sheet(TDS). The Tenderer shall be evaluated based on the latest version of PPA-2006 & PPR-2008. If the quoted price is more than 10.00% above/less of the approved official estimate, the tenderer must upload the Rate Analysis.
2. Satisfactory completion of at least two (02) nos of contracts on supplying nursery goods item over a period of last 03 years shall be required. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
3. Up to Date Trade license, VAT and TAX certificate.
4. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenderer shall be evaluated in the e-Gp system with the help of online database system-TDMS.
5. All other criteria mentioned in TDS and PCC.
6. A Tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
