Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 15000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The Tenderer must have a minimum of 3(three) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
b) The satisfactory completion of supply of air Compressor minimum BDT 30 (thirty) lac under maximum 2 (two) contracts in the last 3(three) Years in any Government in Bangladesh counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
c) Manufacturer's authorization certificate must be submitted in the tender.
d) Tenderer/Bidder must have past satisfactory supply experience of compressor as per technical specifications requirement in the tender. If the tenderer has no experience of supplying compressor as per technical specification requirement of the tender, the tender will be considered as non-responsive and tender offer will be treated as cancelled.
e) Manufacturer's 01-year warranty certificate must be submitted in the tender.
f) Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN, valid Trade License, Bank Solvency certificate, VAT registration Certificate.
g) Certificate of Liquid Asset/ working capital/ credit facility indicating the minimum amount of BDT 50 (fifty) Lac only within selling Tender Document and dropping date.
