c) Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN, valid Trade License, Bank Solvency certificate, VAT registration Certificate.
d) Certificate of Liquid Asset/ working capital/ credit facility indicating the minimum amount of BDT 2 (two) Lac only within selling Tender Document and dropping date.
