[Medical Gas System and Air Condition for 20 Bed One Stop Emergency Care Center]

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 11666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 35000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 11666666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of theTenderer is electro-mechanical works shall be five (05) years.
2.A satisfactory commpletion of similar woks of at lest 01(one) contract of Medical Gas System with Air Cooler System Completed within the last five (05)years with a value of at least Tk 90,00,000.00(Ninety Lac)of Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh.The above experience/work completion certificate in a prescribed form A shall have to be submitted as follows:
i) In case of the work done under PWD,the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of the district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
3.The required average annual construction turnover shal be greater then Tk.150,00,000.00(One Crore Fifty Lac) over the last 5(Five)years.
4.The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer Shall be Tk.100,00,000.00(One crore).Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e: in PW3-7 form published by CPTU.
5.Minimum Tender Capacity 120,00.00.00(One Crore Twenty Lac)
6.The Tenderer must have up to date Trade License,VAT Registration Certificate,up to date Income Tax clearance Certificate,up to date ABC/BC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
7.The tenderer must Submit the Letter of Acceptance of the WB’s Anticorruption Guideline(ACG),Environment assessment report(ESS)(See section 7:General Specifications),Other documents for supporting technical specification and compliance and as Per TDS & PCC.
