Eligibility criteria:
1. Bidder must have Five (05) years overall experience on Data Center (Electro-mechanical) work including Online UPS, Precision AC (PAC), Electrical Cabling, Fire Suppression Systems, EMS, Surveillance System, AVR, Copper and Fiber Cabling, etc. Bidder must submit the proper documents regarding this experience certificate.
2. The tenderer must have well equipped Office, after sales service center(s) in Bangladesh manned by adequately qualified personnel with at least 1 (One) CDCP/CDCS/CTDC professional and the signed CV, proper Document/Certificate should be submitted. Besides The tenderer must have adequately qualified personnel regarding Power, Cooling, ABC Licensed Electrical Supervisor and evidence need to submit along with proposal.
3. Submit the audited balance sheets for the last 03 (three) years to demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidder’s financial position.
4. Minimum average annual turnover of 1(One) Crore within the last three (3) years.
5. The tenderer should have valid TIN (Tax Identification Number), Copy of Income Tax payment certificate, VAT Registration and Trade License. Need to submit the up-to-date Certificates.
