* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 16666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 50000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 16666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:
1. The maximum number of arbitration against the tenderer/ System integrator over a period of last five years is NILL (0).
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of Five (05) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
3. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Meteorological Equpments) of minimum 02 contracts in the last 03 of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 years, with a value of at least Tk. 1,50,00000/- (Tk One Core Fifty Lac Only)
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of BDT 1,75,00,000/- ( BDT One Core Seventy Five Lac Only) shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.
5. Tenderer should have experince in Installation of Meteorological System in last 01 (One) in 03 Years
6. The tenderer must submit the following additional documents.
a) Updated trade license.
b) Updated Vat registration certificate.
c) Updated TIN and IRC Certificate
e) Manufacturer authorization certificate from OEM
f) Spare parts should be a integrated part of a existing Wind Measuring System.
