• Manufacturer’s Authorization letter must be submitted as per PPR format (Form PG3 - 6,) which must be issued directly from the manufacturer to tendered.
• The Tenderer must mention the source of each item with manufacturers name and country of origin.
• Tenderer must ensure that the offered model for each item is fully complied with the specification & size mentioned in the technical Specifications of the tender (when applicable)
• The tenderers must submit original catalogue/brochures of the product.
• Certificate of Analysis from recent Batch have to be submitted.
• MSDS certificate of the products have to be submitted.
