Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 43333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 130000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 43333333 ~ 130000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5(Five) years of General experience of Construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) nos contract of RCC Framed structure building works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 350.00 (Three hundred and Fifty) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 740.00 (Seven Hundred and Forty) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a Minimum Liquid Assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW3-7 form without any alteration) Tk. 250.00 (Two hundred and Fifty) Lac.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 345.00 (Three hundred and Forty five) Lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments).
6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Income Tax certificate and up-to-date Trade license and up-to-date ABC contractor and supervisory license from electrical licensing Board Bangladesh.
7. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD (PW3) of CPTU (attached in section-7)
All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
