Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 966666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2900000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 966666 ~ 2900000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tenders is open to all e-GP system registerd eligible Tenderers as mentioned below ;
a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (One) number RCC building construction work of Tk. 8.00 (Eight) Lac in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk.20 (Twenty) Lac. Only Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector to be submitted along with tender for calculation of average annual construction turnover.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lac in the prescribed form (PW2A).
e) The tenderer must posses ;
i) Update renewal enlistment documents.
ii) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
iii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iv) Up-to-date trade license.
f) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected
g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.
