** The Contractor who has not Completed previously Awarded work/ Manufacturing and Supplying of Goods within Stipulated time is ineligible to participate.
**Up-to-date valid Trade License, TIN Certificate and VAT Certificate.
** If Tenderer Quoted Rate Excessive Less/Higher than Estimated Cost then Tenderer will be non-Responsive according to PPR 2008 art 98(23).
**The Provisions laid down in the "PPA – 2006 & PPR – 2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be followed.
** Satisfying other criteria laid down in the TDS.
