Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The Tenderer must have general experience of five (05) years.
b) The Tenderer must have at least one experience of any types of painting work in any government / government owned power plant premises of an amount not less than Tk. 4,00000/- (Four Lakh Taka) under a single contract within last five (05) years.Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Work / Supply Completion Certificate / Acceptance Certificate to be submitted. Only Notification of Award (NOA) / Contract / Purchace Order / Work Order shall not be treated as Experience.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 6,00000/- (Six lakh taka) on or after Tender publishing date. Supporting documents must be submitted (stating the amount).

d)The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk.4,00000/- (Four Lakh Taka) over the last three (03) years. Supporting documents to be submitted. Years will be counted backward from the Tender publishing date.
Supporting documents for the above points must be provided by the tenderer, otherwise the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
